For a leading international company in innovative enterprise software (HR/Finance focus) we are looking for a freelance marketing coordinator. This position offers you the opportunity to develop yourself in marketing management and grow your marketing skills as part of the EMEA marketing team.
What will you do:
- You will drive (direct and online) campaigns, from concept to execution
- You will achieve the objectives for brand awareness and pipeline targets
- You manage integrated marketing campaigns for Account Based Marketing
- You develop Account Base Marketing programs for Large Enterprise accounts
- You organize events in the region with strong focus on Demand Generation.
- You drive global campaigns for the local market (in collaboration with a cross-functional corporate marketing team in EMEA and in US)
- You analyze campaign performance, make recommendations for optimization and future improvements.
- You look at of the business impact of each program (responses, MQL, opportunities, marketing mix) in close collaboration with sales development and sales functions to ensure effective follow up
Who are you? You have:
- 2 – 3 years of successful related marketing experience (preferably in the Tech B2B environment)
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills (NL and ENG)
- Excellent digital marketing skills
- Initiative, a sense of urgency and a “can do” attitude
- Enthusiasm for challenges and a strong work ethic
- Ability to deliver commitments on time while meeting or exceeding business goals
- Ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
